Returns & Refund Policy – Love Bee Art
At Love Bee Art, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, as long as it meets the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must also be in its original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as beeswax wraps or reusable food bags) cannot be returned once opened.
2. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
After that, you have another 14 days to send it back.
3. How to Return an Item
Please email us at info@love-bee.art with:
• your order number,
• the item(s) you wish to return, and
• the reason for your return.
We will send you the return instructions and address.
4. Return Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
